1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on Sanatan Dharam Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our applicable Shipping, Cancellation, Return, Replacement, and Privacy policies.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, images, sizes, specifications, and other information as accurately as possible.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, production methods, printing, embroidery, or material characteristics.

Minor variations in handmade, customized, printed, embroidered, or made-to-order products may not be considered defects.

3. Orders

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance or fulfilment. We reserve the right to accept, reject, hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.

Orders may be cancelled by us because of inventory issues, incorrect pricing, payment verification problems, invalid shipping information, suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or fulfilment limitations.

4. Payments

All purchases must be paid for in advance through the payment options available at checkout.

Available payment methods may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, or other online methods supported by our payment provider.

Cash on Delivery is not available.

Sanatan Dharam Shop does not directly control third-party banks, payment gateways, UPI providers, or card networks and is not responsible for temporary payment failures caused by those services.

5. Pricing

Product prices displayed on the website may be changed without prior notice.

Applicable shipping charges, discounts, taxes, or other charges will be shown during checkout where applicable.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical, typographical, or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order.

6. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders may require processing time before dispatch. Customized, embroidered, printed, personalized, and made-to-order products may require additional production time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather, public holidays, location restrictions, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has entered processing, production, printing, embroidery, customization, packing, or shipping.

Once an order enters production or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Returns, Replacements & Defective Products

Customers should carefully review our Return and Replacement Policy before purchasing.

Where applicable, defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products may be eligible for replacement after verification.

Customers may be required to provide clear photographs, videos, packaging information, and order details to help us verify a claim.

9. Incorrect Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including name, phone number, email address, shipping address, PIN code, product size, colour, quantity, and customization details.

Sanatan Dharam Shop will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website content, branding, graphics, photographs, layouts, product presentation, text, and original designs displayed on Sanatan Dharam Shop are protected intellectual property.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, or commercially used without appropriate authorization.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful activities.

We reserve the right to restrict access or cancel suspicious transactions where reasonably necessary to protect our customers and business.
