Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been processed, printed, personalized, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has entered production, processing, or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. Your order will be considered cancelled only after you receive confirmation from our team.

Made-to-Order & Customized Products

Many of our products, including printed apparel, embroidered products, personalized items, and other custom-made merchandise, may be produced specifically after an order is placed.

Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

How to Request a Cancellation

1. Visit our Contact Us page.
2. Submit your cancellation request with your Order Number, Name, and reason for cancellation.
3. Our support team will review the status of your order and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

Cancellation After Shipping

Orders that have already been shipped or handed over to the courier partner cannot be cancelled.

Refusing delivery or failing to accept an order does not automatically qualify the order for a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including:

• Product or inventory unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Payment verification issues
• Invalid or incomplete shipping information
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Technical or operational issues preventing fulfilment

If an order is cancelled by us after successful payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, where appropriate.

Refund for Approved Cancellations

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before processing or production begins, any eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Changes to Orders

Once an order enters processing or production, we may not be able to change the product, size, colour, design, quantity, or delivery address.

Customers should carefully verify all order details before completing their purchase.
